SCCS Classic Client won't export or print using scheduler

I ran into this just recently and the problem ended up being that the customer had Backup Exec clients running on their PC's which uses port 10000. The Classic Client also uses port 10000. Once the backup exec instance was removed the Classic Client started working.
 
I had an issue with this as well. Nortel claimed that the port 10000 is a port they require and will not change and they advise you not to use the Backup Exec client......
