Hello. I have a SCCS 5.0 server that I just installed. It has the SU505 PEP installed. The call center folks asked that I set the RTD to collect on a 24 hour interval with the day starting at Midnight so they can see the total activity for the day. Not the best way to do RTD I know, but it;s what they wanted. Anyway, the application display shows the total calls and other info for the whole day, but the skillset display only shows a portion of them. Any ideas?
