SCCS 5.0 Skillset RTD oddity

Hello. I have a SCCS 5.0 server that I just installed. It has the SU505 PEP installed. The call center folks asked that I set the RTD to collect on a 24 hour interval with the day starting at Midnight so they can see the total activity for the day. Not the best way to do RTD I know, but it;s what they wanted. Anyway, the application display shows the total calls and other info for the whole day, but the skillset display only shows a portion of them. Any ideas?

Is the skillset display configuration set to allow selection of either interval to date or moving window? Perhaps you are only seeing moving window (10 minutes)?

I checked that out. All of them are set to interval to date and moving window. I will try setting it to interval to date only and will post the results. Thanks.
