I am supporting a site that has a SCCS 5.0 ( Web client 4.5 ) that I installed 2.5 years ago. The system works well and there have never been any issues. Recently the site updated their network hardware, new firewall and switch's. Since, the RTD will work for a bit, then re-set everything to "0". It will stay like that for a while, then eventually start working, then repeat. I believe the Symposium has the latest PEP's.
When this happens, the RTD on the web client ( server ) and the hard client never go down. I contribute this to the customer's LAN. but how can I prove it?
