I can't get my Call Pilot 2.025 server to play greetings or anything for Symposium. I had this happen before, but it was my SECU prompt being set to no. I have verified that the SECU prompts are both set to yes. The voice connection tab on my Symposiums server is set to TCP, PORt 10008 and the ELAN of the Call Pilot is there. My SDN for Symposium services is 59996 which is also what I programmed as the ACD-DN for the channels in call pilot. The ACD-DN 59996 is axcquired in SCCS. The channels say acquired logout though. I have tried re-acquiring them, and they always say accquired logout. The symposium integration check box is checked on the call pilot and the Symposium CLAN address is there as well.

I changed my IVR and ALOG prompts on the ACD-DN 59996 to yes and changed the AST on my IVVR channels to 0 & 1. I am able to get them to show acquired login now, but still get an open ring.

i remember last time when I was doing the interface with SCCS and MM. Did u define the Class ID? This ID need to be unique and define in SCCS also.

How do I check this. I don't see where the Class ID is. ON the voice port properties in SCCS I see a blank field for Port Channel, is that it?

If I'm not wrong dummyspy ment VAS ID instead of Class ID. If you print the TN of the IVR port used on the CP you will have a prompt called ASID, that has to be equal to the VAS ID in LD17. This is automaticly aquired by the CP itself, it's nothing you should set. I had your problem once. When I printed the IVR TN I saw that (key 2 msb) was activated. I had to do a deaquire all that had to to with the CP VAS ID and restart the CP. I'm not sure about the command, but I think it was DACR xx(VAS ID) in LD32 or LD48.

As I mentioned I only did for MM to SCCS... But it should be the same.. :)

Let me tell u what I mean.

In SCCS, when u acquire the port as voice port, u can see if the voice port those TN that you had acquired. Over there, you see blank for "Voice Port Channel". This voice port channel, u need to define in MM(should also need in CP). And both side the number need to be the same.

In MM, under the Voice Channel Allocation Table, u need to define the port as Access Port and define a Class ID. This "Class ID" will be the "Voice Port Channel" ID in the SCCS. Both must be the same. Most of the time we configure 1001 and ....

Hope it helps...

Thanks. I never had to do that with MM. Guess I got lucky. WIsh I had a MM now, much easier to work with and much more tech friendly in my opinion.
