SCCS 5.0 Historical Reporting

When I run a Network Call By Call report, some calls show up as "Local Call Arrived", then "Handed Off To Master Application", and I never seen the call again. Where does it go? Why doesn't it show me the call statistics? (i.e. Give Ran, etc)

Check out the Call-by-Call section of the historical statistics. Make sure that you are collecting data for the other applications.

I looked and under "CallByCall", the application that was not showing stats had "none" listed.

There's the problem. Change it to Local and you will start collecting data in your CBC.
