Hi people,
Anyone had issues making changes to permissions on user classes.
My supervisor wanted to be able to adjust wrap time, her class was set to NONE so I changed it to EDIT.
She was logged on whilst I made the change. She needed to re-boot as this seemed to upset her client app, it could not find the server on the network. (wind XP)
Upon restart she can now gets on as before but not see the new EDIT addition.
If I login using her account on another desktop it works fine.
Do I need to re-install the client or is their a way to flush the settings on her client.
I guess we should have all who use a user class to log off prior to making changes ???
