What types of issues and know factors are associated with this upgrade? Do i NEED TO BE AWARE OF ANY PITFALLS? tHANKS!!!
 
we didn't experience any. but I would recommend that you keep hold of your 4.2 server....

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
Largest difference is the CCM requires the CCMA (Web client). If you do not have web client today, you will have to transition to the CCMA interface.
 
If you're going from Mail to Call Pilot at the same time, I'd rerecord the voice segments rather than migrate them.
