Hi all,
We are using SCCS 4.2 for call handling and GRTD for real time info for our teams.
I need a solution that based on the real time info is able to report when there are more than 15 calls offered per interval (15 min.) for a specific customer - thus not for all our scripts.
Anybody any ideas?
