SCautomate error

When I try to run the ScMapiSrv.exe i get the following error.
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( SCMapiSrv ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): SCMapiSrv error: 1063, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed..

when I try to run the SCAutomate mail service I get the following error-
The SCAutomate Mail service terminated with service-specific error 911.
Could anyone help me please.

could you please be more specific on the error 911
please do suggest, what the security problem could be.
