Scantool not scanning some clients

I have installed SMS 2003 with success and once confirmed everything was working I have installed SMS2003SP1ScanTools to scan the clients for missing
Patches. Now, I have the addvert running and out of 14 clients, only 5 of them are showing Software Updates in Hardware Resource Explorer. When I check the Workstation Status, I can see that Hardware Scan has been completed, yet Software Updates Does not appear in others.
Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?
 
If you were to run wbemtest ojn one of those machines and connect to root\cimv2\sms and double click on win32_PatchState that is where the software updates in resource explorer comes from.. that said its safe to say its not there, meaning that the upgrade to the advanced client after the ITMU installed either didn't install or failed for some reason.

Try running that again on those machines and it should fix your problem.

After it runs correctly, you'll see it in resource explorer.
 
Actually I forgot a step in wbemtest:

connect to root\cimv2\sms then run Enum Classes and select the recursive "tic" and leave the window blank then double click on win32_PatchState (if was there)
