Scanrouter v2 issue

I have an issue regarding the scanrouter v2 utility, basically its software that allows the user to connect up to the server and send a softcopy of the scanning document to the users desktop. There is one particular user who is having an issue with utility. There is a red line through her icon. This icon represents the settings for that particular user. I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling but no luck. I have even tried to delete her off the server but still no success. The problem is when you go to set her up through the client utility and browse for the delivery server it doesn't come up, and even if you put in the ip address of the server it says it can't find it. I can ping the server by ip and dns name from the clients machine, but it just can't find the server. This doesn't happen on any other workstation except for hers.
