I need to scan a 15-page document as a pdf. The first page scanned fine and I save it as a pdf file. However, the second page does not scan the same way and ends up either text or garbled and it's not a pdf file. I don't want the text - I just want a pdf. The scanner is pretty old so maybe the software is just no good anymore. Do I need to completely shut down Adobe Acrobat between scans of pages? Or maybe turn the computer on and off so it will clear the bad memory? I appreciate any suggestions.
