I work in the IT Dept. and one employee has a HP ScanJet Pro Scanner, and when she tries to save a "text/image" file it gives an error saying "can not save file, make sure file isn't read only" but the file isn't even created yet. When I go into the Administrator profile however it lets me save the image and open it as a PDF in Adobe. I'm guessing I have to change the environment in her profile (user) or that it's trying to save to the temp folder under user. Anyone have any suggestions to enable her to save these docs? Thanks.
