Scanner selection

I'm hoping I've posted this in the correct forum, if not maybe someone could hint at where to post it.

We need to buy a Photocopier/Scanner for commercial use (large documents) that can be connected to the network. What I need is the name of a site that identifies how to select such a device. If anyone knows of such a site I'd be grateful to hear from them.

I don't know of any site off hand, but if I were in this situation what I would do was contact a local reseller of large scale photocopiers and network laser printers (HP and Lexmark spring to mind) and ask them what they have available, then compare and contrast the specifications from the literature, and ask if they have a model that meets your requirements.
