Scanner produces black images

Hello,

I have a user who recently switched desks. she has an HP 4400c Scanjet and when she went to scan yesterday, all her images came up in one solid color.

I've seen this happen before where I wound up having to reinstall all the drivers/software. This wasn't the case for this issue though.

I have also been to the HP web site, tried their online suggestions, but they didn't work either.

I was wondering if anyone had any more suggestions on this. The user is on a Win2K machine.
