Legato 6 running an scanner to import index

getting error as follows

canner: (ssid 4253078274) index error, flush failed
scanner: SYSTEM error: Cannot lock file '/prod/nsr/db/index/fred/db6/3efd80d0.sip'

scanner: (ssid 4253078274) error decoding save stream
scanner: (ssid 4253078274) added 16038 new file index entries

have run nsrck -L 3 but still cannot resolve index lock problems.

Any ideas or suggestions whould be appreciated

Obviously your are running "scanner | uasm" to recover a client
file index. This is the wrong method. Since NW 6, use "nsrck -L7 client".
