My boss wants to put a scanned version of his signature in the body of an email - we have tried various ways of copy and paste either to the email or to the electronic signature to no avail
It's not impossible to digitally sign an e-mail. BUT, what it takes in order to do that is a knowledge of "Certificate" servers. It is quite involved, so I will not go into it here. You can get more information on certificate servers by going to Novell's site and looking in thier knowledgebase.
From what I have read the Signature Option doesn't support "Graphics". However the scanned version of the signature file should work in the body of the message, if you first set the View to HTML. This should add some new Menu Icons that will allow you to Insert the File with the signature. By the way this only works for v6.x.
