Scan to MS Sharepoint from ScanSnap S510 Scanner

I am looking for advice on how I might get my MS Sharepoint to find an Indexed File that was scanned from a ScanSnap S510 Scanner using OCR. Right now, the search function is only finding the file name matching the keywords in the search, and not finding the keywords in the content of the Indexed File. We are using MS Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0. Thanks, Ed.
