Scan Test Program Needed!!!!!!!!

My company has PDT-3100's, and PDT-6840's from Symbol. Some of the scanners do not seem to work but I am in need of a scanning or diagnostic program that will allow me to test it. I have the lwp and upd programs that will test the keypad and radio but not the scanner. I have heard of a couple programs called Scan3000 or Galaxy Diag ?????? Can anyone help me with this?
