Scan Process - Remote Control

Is it possible to start and to control the execution of the InoculateIT 4.53 scan process from Dos prompt or Delphi Application?

I have a Delphi application that receive a lot of medias, and i need, on demand, automatically to scan specifics media directories for detect virus. If i get a virus i must to reject the media otherwise i must to accept it. In Both cases the control must be returned for the application.

So, I need to know if exist and what are there the InoculateIT commands and/or parameters that can be used for this.
