I'm Running Symantec Anti-Virus 8 and I have some clients where the error logs report "scan omisison", the client cannot scan the C drive. Even when trying to run a manual scan from the client it scans the boot record of the system but none of the files that are on C:. Is this a permissions problem? The real time scanning is working (and has caught some viruii) but I would like to do a full scan on these systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
