Scaling EPS images but not their strokes

Is this possible in InDesign? I know it is a simple deal in Illustrator.
 
interesting point... I presume you are not talking about EPS images, but about bezier paths in InDesign?

Try this:
Place a transparent box behind your object, group it with the one for which you want to scale the stroke

Try this:
Place a transparent box behind your object, group it with the one for which you want to scale the stroke. You can now select the bounding box to scale both object and stroke

alternatively you could use the transform tool from the toolbox.
