I want to scale a set of objects non-proportionally. The scale for X-axis will be different from Y-axis. In other words, I want to squish the image vertically. How do I do it?

SCALE is always proportional. STRETCH lets you select a set of points and place them different in relation to another set, but the proportionals internal to each set remain the same.

My colleague using 3-D Studio Max says it's easy, using the Non-Uniform Scale command -- "I do it all the time." But she doesn't know a way in AutoCAD (and she knows a lot about both programs).
