I have quantum ADIC Scalar 24.

From two days ago, I have had problem with backup on networker. I suspect my autocharger-jukebox. The reason for that is when I run the following command I have output:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>inquire -l

-l flag found: searching all LUNs, which may take over 10 minutes per adapter
for some fibre channel adapters. Please be patient.

In fact the NMC ( EMC networker) could not see autochanger.

Ok, I have tested by using LCD and its keys the following:

Status - Fibre Status: Drive 1 No Light
speed N/A
Topol N/A

Drive 2 Connected
speed 4GB/sec
topol L Port

Is that problem? Can I test further to see what the problem is if I swap two Fibre cables on the rear of the jukebox?

Just to add: I have tried to reboot the autochanger by cliking on and off. It is very interesting that it comes with configuration wizards, which I cancelled.

Maybe that tells something has been changed and needs reconfiguration?

I have checked the Status - Errors: I have the following error log over there: SAC 80 7046 (Picker Failed; Clear Picker Status) and SAC E& 7043. I have inspected the tapes and everything seems to be OK. In fact, I could not see whether these messages are in fact from long time ago.
Is there some other procedure to check whether the picker is OK?
