We have a customer who has had to change the PC and it is now Windows 7. The SC2000 software appears to load OK, but unable to get the USB driver to be recognised. We have tried compatibility mode without any success.

Before we tell the customer to reload the PC with XP, has anyone had any success ?

Windows 7 is supported using version 4.0.0.17 and higher
Make sure Win 7 is 32bit and not 64bit

Sorry! i really should read more carefully!

Unfortnately the SC2000 is not supported on Windows 7
Win XP using software 1.1.2.22 was the last release which was back in 2006

Always going to be an issue with using old hardware

What about trying W7 pro and using the Virtual PC download of XP. Never tried it my self but you never know.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
