SC1000E trying to access PBX

Have? Worked on option 11c through 81c
Always used tty ports to LOGI
Have a new customer with all IP phones
Not familiar with element manager or signaling server
System has 3 cabinets
Gateway controller NTDW60BBE5
CP-PM Pentium 1.4 Ghz NTDW61BAE5
Call Pilot NTRH30AA
CP PM ADR10234B ??

Need to know how to access the LOGI prompt.
Tried connecting Lap top to TTY ports pig tail no access
Any help would be great.

There should be two TTY ports that attach to the back of the CPPM card via the Amphenol connection. The baud rate is usually 9600 8 1 none etc, but I don't think you need a null modem cable and I think you only need to use port "0"

I tend to use a black box "clever" cable that gives me a choice to toggle between the null and non null settings.

It's common these days to use IP to connect to these systems via a number of ways such as SSH, Telnet (via Sig Server) and rlogin etc. It's a matter of security and preference.
