SBT Reindex Erro Message

My Reindex Status Report shows this:
File name ARINVT Inventory Master File Failed Exclusive open failed

What does this error message mean?

New to this and appreciate any help.

It means that someone is still logged into in the SBT system or that your network still has an SBT session or sessions opened.
