We have had SBT since 98 overall its been good but middle of December the sales orders comments have completely gone missing when printing or displaying the sales order. If I browse the file its there but not displaying. I've re-indexed the file as well as re-indexed application and system files. I've tried from a back from 1 week before it happened and re-indexed that after switching the files and I've still got nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?
