Hi,
I am coming here cause i know someone can help me out, for a few days my users are getting this error during the day sometimes when they trying to quit SBT, sometimes when they open a module and trying to accomplish something or saving, the error is "ERROR READING FILE" If they press ignore then it says "ERROR 1104", DO you think these are index files corrupted ?
or losing connectivity with the Server that has SBT in ?
Any help is very appreciated.
Note:this server is running WIN NT 4.0 SERVER SPK 6, Diskeeper, to defrag the hd where SBT is installed, actually a lot of dbf and cdx files are in the list as corrupted(reported by diskeeper) but the more i run Diskeeper the less defragmentation i have, i don't know if diskeeper can be causing this but i had this running for a long time everyday from 8 am to 6 pm and and i am not having this issue before, of course once in while i have a user saying can you clear me off from SBT, then i will clear flags for this user so he can get on SBT again.
Could be an specific client workstation that is requesting to much bandwidth ?
Thanks a lot for your help in advance
