Hi everyone:

I'm brand new to SBT and I had a user ctrl-alt-del out of SBT while she was printing checks. After she got back in a few of her records were updated, but a lot of them weren't.

What's the best way to help her resolve her issue?

That's a mess but you might be able to fix it. SBT Pro 5.0 has a feature to recover from interrupted check runs. It was added to handle paper jams on old dot matrix printers but it works on workstation crashes and paper jams on laser printers, too.

Try to print checks again. SBT may recognize that the last run was halted and will ask you for the number of check stock that is next in your stack. Enter that. Put your check stock in your printer and print.

If the crash happened after the run but before everything posted, you have a mess that requires expert help to clean up.
