SBT PRO 5.0i changing Fiscal year

Hi Everyone,
Have SBT 5.0i and have not used SBT in several years. Need help in changing fiscal year. Our last fiscal year ended on 6/30/22 is closed. We have a short period from 7/1/22 to 12/31/22, and we're starting a new fiscal year from 1/1/23 to 12/31/23.
So I will close all periods up to 11/30/22, but when I get to 12/31/22, I don't know what to do.

Usually, upon closing your last period of fiscal, you close period and year, and everything moves into retained earnings.
And there's a way to define fiscal years in SBT.

Hi Shreevan. I am trying to do the exact same thing. Our fiscal year ended 6/30/22. We have short period 7/1/22 to 12/31/22 and new year is 1/1/23 to 12/31/23. I've closed up to November 22 just like you and not sure what to do next. Did you figure out anything?
