SBT 5.Oi on Windows XP problem

We are running SBT PRO ceries 5.0i on our network for a long time and have made a lot of changes. It worked fine for us, but some of our users had Windows 98. Now we are in a process of replacing all Windows 98 with Windows XP computers and have a hard time with one part of SBT - Account Receivable (Creating and editing of Invoices). Several times per day SBT crushes with error on sbtw.exe. I tried to duplicate this error on my development environment, but it happens and does not give me any additional information.
May be somebody have heard about similar problems.
Help please!

Hi Lenka,

It would help a little more if you give more info about the errors you get.

Check this out:

1. SBT 5.0 needs some local libraries at the computer it is running, did you install them?

2. Have you configured any windows variables ?

3. SBT Temp folder?

4. Check Windows XP users rights out

5. Is the source code you have modified pointing to something specific, like a windows library that doesn't exist in Windows XP anymore?

6. Is that computer running with 512 MB at least?


Ok, hope you can figure out what is wrong.
