SBT 5.0i Locks up on Record save Right before I can print

Hello,

I have Windows XP Pro w/ Celeron 1.7GZ 256MB ram and a Interl 82845-g /gl /ge/pe/giv graphics card.

The program stops responding after I do the first save and try to save the second time so I can print it. Any suggestions?
