Hi Guys,
We have a lot records for years in all the tables that are part of SBT PRO 5.0 so actually we don't need to have records in the tables from year 2008 and before, where in SBT we can get rid records we don't need anymore so we can delete them and pack ?

Thanks in advance for your help
Ernesto

At the time of Period Close for each module, you have the ability to delete records.
Delete Trans History ( Transactions ). Be careful when you enter the cutoff date. Password is "destruct". We leave at least 18 months worth of transactions.

Hi Matthew ,
sorry, but What do you mean with move ?
Thanks a lot
Ernesto

My mistake. The ability to move first and purge later was added in newer versions of Pro. But in Pro 5.0 you have the option to purge various system data tables in the SM module. Go to Transactions -> Purge. The Activity and Change Log is the one that usually has a lot of useless data. The error log can also be quite large.
