SBT 3.2i printer problem

I have problem to print out report.
(I have no problem to print PO or SO.)
using SBT version 3.2i in Win2000/XP

Account Receivable
->Print
->Sales Report
->Sales Analysis

Nothing come out....

but in win95 is ok.
please help to solve it

How are Printer ports set up ? Sytem manager / maintain /printers
Are you printing to a local printer? ( printers attached to lpt1, lpt2, lpt3) or to network printer ?
