SBT 3.0i Stack Error

We are running SBT 3.0i at my location. We have been getting a Stack Error every time a record is to be saved all of a sudden and can't figure it out. The database is on the network, and am recieving it on all machines that try to save the records, so I dont think adjusting the stack amount on the machines will help.
Anyone have any clue to what I can do?

Check the index on the table, and record deleted...
