SBS2k3 Migration

Currently have a SBS2k3. Bought a new server and wish to migrate this entire server to the new server. I only have 5 users on the network.

Would it be best to just create an entirely new network/domain and just migrate all the Data and Exchange stuff to the new server.... then reconnect these 5 workstations to the new domain?

Anyone have a link to a Step- by-Step procedure for moving all data from one SBS2k3 to another?

Question: are you going to use the upgrade pack to allow you to re-use the Exchange on a different server? Or are you just completely dumping SBS and all it came with?
