SBS - Unconected network

I have a problem with the internet connection wizard on small business server 2000.

When I run it i get a message saying "unconnected network adaptor", I have the following setup:

Broadband to server via network cable, then out of the server via a cross over cable to a 10mb hub.

I have 2 network cards, one called external (to broadband) & one internal (for internal network), it appears the external side is what is causing me problems as when I disable it the ICW runs ok.

any help is most appreciated
