SBS pointing from one server to another

We are currently using Microsoft Small Business Server supporting 25 users. We are thinking of adding in another server to store remote programs like the databases etc. but what we want is everyone's work station to still point to the main server but then the main server points to the second server automatically so the users do not see this... Is this possible and how??
