SBS Monitoring Emails Received as Plain Text

Hi all,

I receive SBS Monitoring Emails for a number of different customers.

With one of these customers the monitoring email report is being received as plain text and therefore you can't see the actual report because it just shows as being encoded.

The SBS Monitoring gets sent from the server which doesn't have Outlook installed so I don't know how the format is being set to plain text?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can change the sending format of the monitoring emails?
