SBS 2k3 R2 server passing unusually large amount of traffice.

I just recently installed an SBS2k3 R2 server and it is passing an incredible amount of traffice. The LAN card indicates Billions of packets packets. In 6 days the server has sent 15 billion plus packets and received 7 billion plus. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot what is moving this much traffic?

I do redirect my documents and have Outlook in Cached mode.
