Hi All,

I am wanting to do a thin client deployment within the organisation as we all work in a very dusty environment.

Can we run Terminal Services on the host SBS 2008 server? I understand it has RWW but I don't think this works with thin clients, does it?

Does SBS 2008 standard come with another licence to install a Terminal server on seperate machine or will a Windows Server 2008 licence need to be purchased?

Any input would be greately appreciated.

Cheers

Brad

You're best off getting the Windows SBS 2008 premium version, they include a seperate license for Windows Server 2008 Standard which you can use for a sql server deployment or a terminal server deployment.

Terminal Server mode isn't supported on the main Windows SBS 2008 machine.
