We have an SBS 2008 server as our DC and Exchange server. This morning, it won't boot up properly. It will boot, but when you log in, explorer.exe won't respond and needs to be killed/restarted. Also, we can't access the MMC or any snap-ins, we can't check the Network and Sharing Center, Windows Update doesn't work, and Exchange isn't working. Due to the MMC issues, I am unable to access the services to attempt to restart them. Everything was working fine yesterday.

We had McAfee TPS running, so I uninstalled it. Other than speeding up the startup, it did no good.

Anything else I should try?

Have you attempted to boot the server in safe mode? Safe mode disables all services, but you should be able to test MMC and make sure it is working. If not, you've got a corruption issue - plan on testing your hard drives, memory, etc.
