What I need is all traffic that goes to that domain go to the application. currently it has to be spelled out. example: I would like it to be only I hope the post makes sense.

Sometimes your DNS hosting provider will allow you to create "web forward" records that point the base URL "xxx.abcswe.com" to a specific URL that could include the "applic.html" and the port number.

Alternately, you need to run that application under a unique web site within IIS and then use a host header of "xxx.abcswe.com" and also specify applic.html as the default document to load on that site. Also, set the listening port to port 80 when you set the host header up. If you do all those things, it would behave the way you want it to.
