We have need of the Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Transition Pack. We have a TechNet subscription, but cannnot find it for download at all.

Can anyone confirm that it is available for TechNet subscribers???

It is NOT available for download from TechNet. The only way to get it is to purchase it. I tried to find it for a few months and eventually someone who'd bought it but decided not to use it let me play with his in my lab before I moved to production deployment.

If you have questions about it, ask them, since I've done three production transition pack upgrades myself.
