I have setup all my users as "power users" in SBS 2003 and noticed that the users can't change any printer settings on the work stations. i.e change to double sided printing or stapled.
I would have thought as a power user you should have the permissions to do that.
Would I have to add another user group to make this happen or maybe modify some policy settings.
I had a look but couldn't find anything obvious.

It sounds like those printers are not domain resources, but local resources on the workstations. Go to a workstation with a printer connected to it and look at the permissions. Make sure that 'DOMAIN\Print Operaters' has rights on the printer. Once it does, all Power Users should be able to manage it.
