Hi All,

I am at my wits end. I have a Windows 2003 Small Business Server that will not allow the server to access most web pages. All computers connected to the server can access the internet and server with no problems.

When trying to access the internet from the server using either IE8 or FF 3.6 I am able to get to the following sites:

support.microsoft.com (Can access everything here)
- Homepage only, no links from the home page work.

I cannot access these sites:
or most any other site.

I have cleared the browser cache to see if that would cause me to not be able to browse the two sites I can access but that did not seem to effect anything.

Here is the output from ipconfig /all

Windows IP Configuration
Host Name . . . . . . . . . . . . : connell-sbs
Primary Dns Suffix . . . . . . . : ConnellIns.local
Node Type . . . . . . . . . . . . : Unknown
IP Routing Enabled. . . . . . . . : Yes
WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : Yes
DNS Suffix Search List. . . . . . : ConnellIns.local

Ethernet adapter Server Local Area Connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-1E-68-D9-AD-CB
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10

I can use ping with both an IP address or domain name, both work fine. I have also tried using telnet to it returns HTML output but if I try to telnet to it will return the following HTML

HTTP/1.0 400 Bad request
Content-Type: text/html
<h2>Client sent a bad request.<h2>

If I try to use telnet with I cannot abort the telnet session using CTRL+C :(. I have to close the cmd window.

I have checked the Internet Options -> Connection -> LAN Settings for IE and it is set to Automatically detect settings, I have also tried unchecking the automatically detect settings option with no success.

I have disabled Enhanced Security for IE as well.

Windows Update will bring up the windows update site but will then fail.

NSLOOKUP returns the domain names properly.

SBS BPA shows no errors on the server setup.

I have also used ping to check the MTU for the connection and ping works up to 1464 MTU. Adding a reg entry to the tcpip parameters for MTU of 1464 does not help.

HELP!
