SBS 2003 problems with Microsoft updates

Has anyone found a good source for information about any problems associated with downloading Microsoft updates for Small Business Server 2003? I'm trying to find a way to evaluate the safety of such updates. Some updates may have been designed for regular Server 2003, but will those always work with SBS 2003? Or does Microsoft design and/or test the updates to verify them on SBS 2003.

To be honest I have run WSUS on SBS for a couple of years and haven't had any problems with the updates at all.
