SBS 2003 Microsoft Firewall

I am having some problems with the Microsoft Firewall in SBS 2003. All Clients on the network can no longer connect their instant messenger. I have looked all though the ISA server and nothing stands out. If I stop the Microsoft Firewall service on the SBS server then all clients connect fine. This leads me to question the firewall settings in GPO, but I can not find anything wrong. Am I missing something? Any ideas on what to try next?
