I'm having an issue with faxes being routed within our network. We are running SBS 2003 and have our inbound faxes routed to a specific persons e-mail on our network. This has worked fine up until a week or so ago. Below is a copy of the log file for our fax inbox:
As you can see from the log, it is getting numerous error messages, however it did manage to send a couple faxes with no problems (They even went to the inbox like they should)
There have been no changes to the settings for the fax configuration. I looked at a couple different suggestions and have even changed the baud rate to 9600 and disabled compression. I did noticed that it was marking incoming faxes with the archive attribute whereas before it did not. I'm not sure if it will make a difference with that.
I'm not sure what else could be causing this to happen. I have already restarted the server in hopes it would correct itself, but it did not. I weas planning on just replacing the current modem and resetting the fax configuration, but wanted to check here first to see if there were any other options available.
TIA
